GRAFFITI PREVENTION
In an effort to deter the city’s continuing graffiti concern, enforcement efforts are being increased to have graffiti removed as quickly as possible. Property owners are responsible and liable for the care and upkeep of their properties which includes the removal of graffiti. Graffiti on private property must be removed as soon as possible to discourage repeat occurrences. The sooner the graffiti is removed the less likely it will become tagged again.
