Official Code Interpretations and Nonconformity Determinations

This page lists the official code interpretations and nonconformity determinations issued by the South Salt Lake Community Development Department. 

The Community Development Director is authorized to make official interpretations of the South Salt Lake City Zoning Ordinance. A property owner or authorized agent may submit an application for an official code interpretation or a nonconformity determination.

Official Code Interpretations and Nonconformity Determinations can be appealed to the Administrative Law Judge. Appeals must be filed no later than ten days after the official code interpretation or nonconformity determination is issued.
